Are you ready to hit the road and start your safari adventure? Our guide will pick you up in the morning from your hotel in Arusha and then drive you to Tarangire National Park (a roughly two-hour journey). You’ll enjoy beautiful views of the local villages and Masaai herds on the way. Once we arrive in the park we'll start our game drive.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population. You can also find many zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, lions, and cheetahs. We will have lunch at the picnic site in the park and then continue our game drive. At the end of the day, we’ll slowly drive out of the park and head to the Marera Valley Lodge, which is located on the outskirts of Karatu town (about midway between Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater). It has a beautiful view over the valley to the hills beyond.

After a good night sleep, it’s time to go to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara is known for its tree climbing lions, the soda ash lake, and its flamingos. Between game drives we will find a nice picnic site to enjoy our lunch. You can also book a walking safari and enjoy the park by foot with a park ranger. It’s an amazing experience to see the animals up close! After our afternoon game drive, it’s time to head to our next destination for the night: Eileen's Trees Lodge, which offers comfortable rooms situated throughout lush gardens. Make sure to take a dive and relax at the swimming pool.

Today we’re heading to the famous Serengeti. We will arrive at the gate around lunch time. The rest of the day will be spent on a game drive among the endless plains of this amazing park. The Serengeti is famous for its annual migration of over 1.5 million white-bearded wildebeest and 250,000 zebras. Our guides love to take you off the beaten track and find the best places to spot the animals. Your overnight stay will be at the Serengeti Wildebeest Camp. This comfortable tented lodge is ideally located. The sunrise here is your daily wake-up call and the beautiful sunset will always alert you to make your way to the campfire for a sundowner.

On day four, you'll be doing a full-day game drive in the Serengeti. In the evening you’ll retreat back to Serengeti Wildebeest Camp.

Today we will make an early descent into the amazing Ngorongoro Crater, which is the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera. Approximately 25,000 large animals call this place home. We will find many zebras, wildebeest, and elephants. If we’re lucky we’ll see some rhinos! In the afternoon we’ll drive back to Arusha, where your safari adventure will come to an end. Meanwhile your Zanzibar holiday is just beginning!
